WE ARE OPEN
Kiyani Medical Practice has remained open throughout the Pandemic. We have continued to provide general practice services to our patients.
We have a new system in place of how patients may contact clinical staff. This system has been put in place to protect both patients and staff.
Patients who wish to consult a doctor should complete an online consultation form: eConsult. It is very straightforward and should not take long to complete. It is a form designed by doctors and the medical questions will be based on the information you provide, as the doctor would do so. Follow the steps on our website: Consult Your Doctor Online
We appreciate that not everyone is able to access online facilities, in these cases, patients may call the surgery on 020 8558 5858 and book a telephone consultation. The doctor will determine the next step, it may be the telephone call was sufficient or a video consultation may be appropriate. Some patients may require a face to face appointment if the Clinician feels they need to carry out a physical examination.
We continue to provide nursing services for our patients, appointments for smears and vaccinations are available in the practice.
Patients who are eligible for the Flu Vaccination will be invited into the practice. Please contact the practice for further information.
Please ensure that you do not attend the practice if you have a new continuous cough, a high temperature or a change to your sense of smell or taste.
Please wear a face covering that covers your mouth and nose.
Please use the hand sanitisers in the building and remember to wash your hands once you are home.

The practice will be continuing the current method of appointments which is telephone triage. After speaking to the clinician, you may be invited for a face to face appointment.
You must attend the surgery wearing a face covering or mask covering your mouth and nose. This is essential for all adults and children for the protection of everyone. Where possible, please attend the surgery alone.
Please maintain social distancing in the waiting area, by not sitting directly next to another patient.
