GP Online: Book Online Appointments and Request Repeat Prescriptions
If you are interested in this service, please contact the practice and obtain a password to enable you to access this service. You may: Request a password by email: nelondonicb.kiyanimedicalpractice@nhs.net (the password will need to be collected in person to ensure safe delivery to the correct person)
Come in person to the surgery, you may wish to call ahead (Surgery Telephone Number 020 8558 5858) so that we can have it ready for you.
Proof of ID will be required before we release the password.
Patient Access: Online Medical Record
Patients may register to view their medical record online. Please fill in the Patient Online Access Form which is available in the practice or download and print. Photo ID and proof of address will be required. The request will be passed to the Caldicott Guardian to review. In most cases access will be granted. If access is refused it will be on clinical grounds which will be made clear.
The practice will respond to the request within 30 days.

Try the NHS App

If you already use online access you can continue to use it. You can use the NHS App as well.
