The Care Quality Commission will be inspecting the Kiyani Medical Practice on Tuesday 10.11.2015.

CQC is the independent regulator of all health and care services in England.

As part of the inspection they want to know what you think about the care you receive from us.

You are very welcome to meet the inspectors on the day and provide feedback. You can complete a card and leave it for them on the day or before their visit in a secure box at reception.
